After placing your order via our Order Page, our design and print teams begin crafting your custom novelty ID. Within 48 hours, our team reviews your submitted photo and details. If no edits are needed, the card goes into production immediately.

Possible reprint and resend if the package is confirmed lost. We stand behind your order and want to make sure you receive every product you pay for, without added stress. If our investigation concludes that the item will not be delivered, we’ll reprint your order at no extra cost and ship it again using the same discreet, trackable method.
